ORDERING INFORMATION

Product is normally in stock and available for shipment. Purchase of Upland Gear products is easy with our secure Google Shopping Cart. You may also request we send you a Google Check Out Payment Request.  With this payment method we send a payment request directly to your email box.  The request contains instructions and links for you to make payment with your credit card.  Or you may order via U.S. mail as outlined here. Fill out our order form (Order Form), include your personal check, or cashiers check, (add $10.00 for shipping) then mail it to us at the address below.  Please note that we require your personal check clear payment prior to shipping your order.  Orders paid by cashiers check ship upon payment receipt.

SHIPPING INFORMATION 

Please allow time for personal checks to clear before shipping.  Cashiers check payments ship upon receipt.  Shipping is via Priority Mail. Orders normally ship within two days of placement and delivery usually takes three to five days.  If you have special shipping requirements please email or phone us for assistance.  We make every effort to insure timely delivery of your order.  Shipping delays caused by elements out of our control are not our responsibility.  We are pleased to help you with tracking your order if it becomes necessary.  Contact us by email or phone for assistance.

WARRANTY AND SERVICE INFORMATION

Products are warranted (except for "imperfects" and "defectives") to be free from material and workmanship defects. You may return, exchange or replace your purchase if you are not satisfied for any reason. Simply follow our return procedure as shown below:

1. Items must be returned in their original condition within 30 days of shipment receipt.

2. Complete the returns information form (Return Form), and fax or mail it to us. We will send you a return authorization. We recommend returning your order via United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service insured so your shipment may be tracked from their web site.

3. Allow two weeks for your return to be processed.  The refund method will be the same as the payment method of your order.  Either by credit to your charge card or by refund check.

4. Sorry, we cannot refund return shipping cost unless your return is being made because of product defect or our error.

We strongly oppose spamming and do not sell or share your email address.  We are only interested in providing you with great products to enhance your outdoor experience.

Our servers take advantage of advanced security and encryption features to ensure the security and safety of customer data. After your credit card number arrives at our server via SSL, it is re-encrypted using PGP (RSA algorithm), which makes the information unreadable. This information is then pushed to an offline server (not accessible via the Internet) where the information is safely decrypted and the transaction is completed.
